INDIVIDUAL FARES valid for registrations arrived to the Secretary after October 1st, 2023
– 255 Euro: registration, participation fee with hotel cat. 3 stars LIMITED PLACES
– 280 Euro: registration, participation fee with hotel cat. 4 stars LIMITED PLACES
(*) COACHES AND MANAGERS:
1 person free-of-charge at the established fare for 3-stars hotel or 4-stars hotel, for every 17 persons (including players, friends, relatives) paying the complete fare (the 18th person is free-of-charge) and lodging in the same category of hotel.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The payment of the individual fee must be completed as indicated:
600 euro per every team before February 17th, 2024
Balance before March 8th, 2024
Registration will be definitely accepted only after a written communication sent by the Secretary indicating the receipt of the balance
With the exception of a 25% non-refundable fee, refunds will be granted based on the following guidelines of cancellations:
– all cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Secretary;
– all written cancellations must be received by the Secretary ten days before of the beginning of the tournament:
Notes:
All participants need to register at the Palasport El Molì in Lloret de Mar before 11:00 on Thursday; in case you should arrive later, please contact the General Secretary for the necessary agreements or changes of your arrival.
All Hotels are located in the center of Lloret de Mar.
Courts are located in Lloret de mar, Malgrat de mar, Santa Susana and Palafolls
The name of the hotel will be communicated not later than one week before the beginning of the tournament.
We invite you to check low-costs flights from the main European cities to the airport of Gerona, located 30 km north of Lloret de mar, or to Barcelona, located 60 km. south of Lloret de mar.
Indicated individual fare includes:
Individual registration and participation fee.
Lodging in rooms of three / four beds (double and single rooms are available at different fares)
5-days lodging full board BUFFET-STYLE, including water, from lunch on Thursday until breakfast on Monday
Children between 0 and 2,99 years of age are free-of-charge if they lodge with two adults in the same room
Children from 3 to 7,99 years of age will receive a 20% discount if they lodge with two adults in the same room

CITY TAX (per day & per person – only for older than 16 years of age) to pay directly to your hotel upon your arrival:
– 1,32 Euro in Hotel cat 4 stars
– 0,66 Euro in Hotel cat 3 stars
Teams without their own mean of transportation, can buy a bus-card at the price of 25 euro per person; this service will be useful for trasporting the team, friends and relatives to the courts located OUTSIDE of Lloret de mar.
Upon request, we organize guided tours to Barcelona, to the Dalì Museum in Figueres, Andorra, Montserrat, boat cruises on the Mediterranean Sea along Costa Brava and reservations for the main amusement water-parks around Lloret de Mar.
