Men 2006 (born in 2006 and younger)

WOMEN’S
Women 2008/2009 (born in 2008/2009 and younger)
Women 2010/2011 (born in 2010/2011 and younger)
MIX (men and female players admitted in the same teams and women and men teams could compete in the same group)
Mix 2012 (born in 2012 and younger)
INDIVIDUAL FARES valid for registrations arrived to the Secretary before October 1st, 2024
– 195 EURO: registration, participation fee with hotel cat. 3 stars (LIMITED PLACES)
(*) COACHES AND MANAGERS:
1 person free-of-charge at the established fare for 3-stars hotel or 4-stars hotel, for every 17 persons (including players, friends, relatives) paying the complete fare (the 18th person is free-of-charge) and lodging in the same category of hotel.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The payment of the individual fee must be completed as indicated:
-) 600 euro PER EVERY TEAM REGISTERED before February 17th, 2024
-) Balance before March 8th, 2024
Registration will be definitely accepted only after a written communication sent by the Secretary indicating the receipt of the balance
With the exception of a 25% non-refundable fee, refunds will be granted based on the following guidelines of cancellations:
– all cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Secretary;
– all written cancellations must be received by the Secretary ten days before of the beginning of the tournament:
NOTES:
All participants need to register at the Palasport “PalaTerme” in Montecatini Terme before 14:00 on Thursday; in case you will use a public means of transportation with a different schedule, please contact the General Secretary for the necessary agreements or changes of your arrival
All Hotels are located in the center of Montecatini Terme.
The name of the hotel will be communicated not later than one week before the beginning of the tournament.
Indicated individual fare includes:
Registration and participation fee.
Lodging in rooms of three / four beds (double and single rooms are available at different fares)
Meals, including water, from dinner on Thursday until breakfast on Sunday.
Children between 0 and 2,99 years of age are free-of-charge if they lodge with two adults in the same room
Children between 3 and 7,99 years of age will receive a 20% discount if they lodge with two adults in the same room
Gadget of the tournament for every participant.
Prizes for every team.
CITY TAX (per day & per person) to pay directly in hotel upon your arrival:
– 1,40 € in Hotel cat 4 stars
– 1,00 € in Hotel cat 3 stars
Teams without their own mean of transportation, can buy a bus-card at the price of 15 euro per person; this service will be useful for transporting the team to the courts located OUTSIDE of Montecatini Terme; in case you need the transportation also of the parents, relatives and friends, please contact the General Secretary.
Upon request, we organize guided tours to Florence, Pisa, Vinci (Museum of Leonardo da Vinci), Collodi (Pinocchio Amusement Park), Lucca, San Gimignano and Siena.
Upon request, Organizers can rent a bus for your transfer from and to airports
